Better Buys, a member of the Geniki Taxydromiki group, entrusted us to oversee their seamless entry and establishment in the Greek market as an e-shop offering a vast range of products for the home, family, garden, as well as personal everyday items and self-care products.
Our strategy focused on increasing both brand awareness and e-shop traffic, while simultaneously boosting sales and reducing customer acquisition costs.
The selection of advertising channels was highly targeted, aiming to provide the best possible exposure for the client at the lowest possible cost.
By leveraging data and continuously optimizing their advertising efforts, we succeeded in delivering significant results across various marketing channels.
Our strategy was holistic, focusing on comprehensive results tracking and the strategic use of advertising channels to maximize performance at all stages of the funnel and customer journey, while making the most of the available budget.
We started by researching the digital landscape to identify the appropriate keywords and target audience for the e-shop’s product mix. Next, we segmented the promotional efforts into the three stages of the funnel:
• Upper funnel: We showcased Video Ads on YouTube and displayed banners via the Google Display Network and Meta Ads to build user trust and enhance Brand Awareness.
• Middle funnel: We promoted the product catalog through Meta Ads and Google Ads using Shopping and Performance Max campaigns. We also showcased product categories via Google Search Ads to appear in relevant user searches. Additionally, we utilized TikTok Ads to display the client’s videos, further boosting awareness.
• Lower funnel: We launched remarketing campaigns for both the product catalog and visuals to re-engage interested users, driving them back to the website to complete their purchases.
Specifically, for the Shopping & Performance Max campaigns, we introduced the client to our Geeko CSS (Comparison Shopping Service), resulting in a 20% reduction in CPC.
Our collaboration with Better Buys focused on establishing the brand in the Greek market, increasing return on investment, traffic, and sales through optimal performance marketing strategies.
By implementing a strategy that combined Google Ads and Social Media Ads, we achieved significant results. The strategy was based on precise targeting and bidding control to maximize impression share, as well as ads across all stages of the funnel and customer journey. Finally, continuous monitoring and optimization of the strategies ensured the ongoing growth and success of Better Buys in the e-commerce market.
